Hi, my name is Julian Morales.

I’ve spent over 22,000 hours coaching people one-on-one in exercise, nutrition, and performance — from high-performing professionals to parents and everyday individuals who want more energy, strength, and clarity in their lives.

What I’ve learned is simple:

Most people don’t fail at health because they lack effort.They fail because execution breaks down. On paper, most health plans make sense. In real life, very few are followed consistently. People waste years training the wrong way.


They spend huge time and effort on exercises and routines that produce
minimal results because they never built the right strategy from the start.

Eventually, most people have to go back and fix the basics they skipped. That’s exactly why The Longevity Playbook exists.
